The Hebrew word for "Mantle" is addar, meaning excellent, denoting:
• to be ample, large, great, splendid, powerful, glorious, mighty & worthy.
• a wide garment draping from the shoulders, always representing excellency.
• a type of spiritual power conveyed from the greater to the lesser.

A "Mantle" also signifies authority and knowing who you are in Christ Jesus, through much prayer and study of His word. This team walks in the authority He has given to them according to Titus 2:14-15:  "Who gave Himself on our behalf that He might redeem us (purchase our freedom) from all iniquity and purify for Himself a people - to be peculiarly His own - [people who are] eager and enthusiastic about [living a life that is good and filled with] beneficial deeds.  Tell [them all] these things.  Urge (advise, encourage, warn) and rebuke with full authority.  Let no one despise or disregard or think little of you - conduct yourself and your teaching so as to command respect." (Amplified)

“Mantle of Power Praise & Worship Team” has been clothed with a Spirit of Excellence in representing the One who has separated each of them individually and then collectively to Himself.  To tell of God’s greatness is quite an undertaking – and could never be effectively expressed without a "Mantle" of genuine Worship to the Lord who is great, splendid, glorious, mighty and worthy.

A "Mantle" when placed over a flame becomes “white, hot and reflects light.”  The fire of God that burns with this team reflects the light of the Spirit of God that lives within.
