It was
during the Easter season that Peter was kept in prison, but the
church was earnestly praying to God for him. The night before Herod was to bring him to trial, suddenly an angel of the
Lord appeared and a light shone in the prison cell. He struck
Peter on the side and woke him up.
Quick, GET UP! He said, and the chains fell off. Put on
your sandals.
We are Out of Here!
"I
sent an angel to Peter, but I am sending My Word to you—Your
release will not come from your own strength or striving.
It is I who ever liveth to make intercession for you, and
through my death on the cross I have paid the price for your
freedom. I am opening
the prison doors of your mind. Even now I am releasing you from
those inner struggles and conflicts. I would never ignore you in
your greatest hour of need? Late,
Never! When darkness
covers your soul, remember my presence.
I am your refuge and strength, a very present help and I am
helping you now, this moment; in ways that you know and know not.
When life bottoms out, I have provided a way through.
"The
worst is over!! Quick
GET UP – Change your position and in your obedience the chains
that have held you bondage will fall at your feet. Your freedom is one step away- Follow Me. We are Out of
Here.
